American Steel outgrew their facilities and looked to create a 26,000 sf building that reflected their work and products. They chose the metal building structure that they represented and some custom steel building components that they were excited to fabricate to become the signature that would showcase their capabilities and creativity. They relocated from the west end of Billings' industrial area to an east end industrial site that would allow them to grow when the next phases are needed.
